Terms and Conditions for Colin Friend Driving School

  1. Booking Lessons

1.1. Lessons can be booked by contacting Colin Friend Driving School via phone, email, or in person.

1.2. All bookings are subject to availability.

1.3. A provisional booking can be made, but the booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or a deposit as specified by Colin Friend Driving School.

  1. Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1. A minimum notice period of 72hrs is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of a lesson. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a lesson fee being charged.

2.2. Cancellations or rescheduling due to illness or emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Payment

3.1. Lesson fees are payable in advance or at the beginning of each lesson, as agreed upon with Colin Friend Driving School.

3.2. Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or any other method as agreed upon.

  1. Refunds

4.1. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which will be provided upon request.

  1. Conduct during Lessons

5.1. Students are expected to arrive on time for lessons.

5.2. Students are required to treat the instructor and the vehicle with respect and follow all instructions given during the lesson.

5.3. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the lesson.

  1. Driving Test

6.1. Colin Friend Driving School cannot guarantee that a student will pass their driving test. The responsibility for passing the test lies with the student.

  1. Liability

7.1. Colin Friend Driving School and its instructors will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, including consequential loss, arising out of or in connection with driving lessons, unless it can be proven that negligence on the part of the instructor was the direct cause of such loss, damage, or injury.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. Colin Friend Driving School reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time. Updated terms and conditions will be made available to students.

  1. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
